# Terms of Service

**Effective Date:** February 20, 2026

### Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") aim to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of 'Dongle Jump' (hereinafter "Operator") and its members regarding the use of the game service and related services (hereinafter "Service").

### Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to Dongle Jump and related services available on various devices.
2. "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Service, enters into a use contract with the Operator according to these Terms, and uses the Service.
3. "Content" refers to all digital materials such as characters, items, and game money created by the Operator related to the Service.

### Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

1. The Operator posts the contents of these Terms within the Service or on a linked screen so that Members can easily understand them.
2. The Operator may revise these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.
3. If the Terms are revised, the effective date and reasons for the revision will be announced along with the current Terms within the Service.

### Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

1. The Operator provides the following services:
   * Game Service (Single Player, Multi-player Versus Mode, etc.)
   * Any other services developed by the Operator or provided through partnerships.
2. The Operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service due to operational or technical needs.

### Article 5 (Obligations of Members)

1. Members shall not engage in the following acts:
   * Registering false information upon application or change.
   * Stealing others' information.
   * Changing information posted by the Operator.
   * Posting or transmitting information (computer programs, etc.) other than that set by the Operator.
   * Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Operator or third parties.
   * Damaging the reputation or interfering with the business of the Operator or third parties.
   * Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals.
   * Using the Service for profit, sales, advertising, or political activities without Operator consent.
   * Other illegal or unfair acts.

### Article 6 (Restriction on Service Use)

1. The Operator may restrict the use of the Service in stages (warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension) if a Member violates the obligations of these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
2. Members may raise an objection according to the procedure set by the Operator regarding the restriction. If the objection is justified, the Operator will resume the use of the Service immediately.

### Article 7 (Purchase and Refund of Paid Services)

1. Paid content (items, currency, etc.) purchased by Members follow the payment and refund policies of the respective App Store (Google Play, Apple App Store).
2. Withdrawal of subscription may be possible within 7 days of purchase for unused paid content, but may be restricted if already used or considered used (e.g., gifted).

### Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Operator is exempt from liability for providing the Service in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters.
2. The Operator is not responsible for disabilities in Service use due to reasons attributable to the Member.
3. The Operator is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by Members in relation to the Service.
4. The Operator is not responsible for the use of free services unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.

### Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Lawsuits filed between the Operator and Members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Litigation concerning disputes arising between the Operator and Members shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
